ABOUT EMAAR:

Emaar Pakistan is pioneering the construct of master – planned communities that integrate residential amenities with facilities, healthcare, malls, hotels, eating and recreation, to bring a best modus vivendi to the country.
We are currently building the spirit of Pakistan with outstanding modus vivendi communities presently current in Karachi, Crescent Bay, the waterfront marvel, could be a spirited community of high-rise towers. Each floor will have covered area about 2400 square feet and the building has almost 18th floors.

This project has been started in 2006 may but due to some reason in economic situation by which the project stopped in 2008 after that it started it started in 2012 and gain some hype during construction.
Goals and objective
The goal of Emaar construction is to build high rises in Karachi as it will help Karachi citizens to get some luxurious apartments like they want to live in there. It also helps Emaar construction to improve life style of local people. which have the impact on Pakistan’s national.

Our scope of the project is to construct a 18 floor flat within 15 years while utilizing material such as cement, concrete, earth soil, steel, iron, Pvc pipes and so forth with mixers, forklifts, false ceiling, decoration of bedrooms, drillers and so forth.
